South Africa is known for its excellent wine. Therefore a trip to the wine region can’t be missed. As I would like to try all the good wines, I have organized a bus trip. The destination is Franschhoek, home to innumerable wineries that produce excellent white and red wines. The flagship of the region is the Pinotage, a strong red with an intense taste of chocolate, cherry and liquorice. But my personal favorite is the 2016 Syrah from the Noble Hill Winery. The wine description reads like this:
