Within my assignment for a big insurance company I work on improving the calculation method of one key performance indicator. At the moment this indicator is calculated in a decentralized way – every country/department in the region defines their own rules how to measure the indicator. This shall be changed: In the target model, the rules how to measure the indicator should be defined centrally and applied across six countries.
